Musa bin Uteh is a seasoned electrical power engineer with a distinguished career spanning over four decades. He began his professional journey in 1979 after graduating from the United Kingdom, serving at The Perak River Hydro Ltd., a private power company in Malaysia.

He later joined Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB), where he held various key engineering and managerial roles in Distribution Planning, Medium Voltage Planning & Construction, Network Operations & Maintenance, and State Division Management.

Musa further extended his expertise in the private sector with HG Power Transmission Sdn. Bhd., contributing to the construction of high-voltage transmission lines ranging from 132kV to 500kV in Malaysia and up to 400kV in Indonesia and Bangladesh.

Today, Musa is actively driving Renewable Energy initiatives across Malaysia, focusing on Waste-to-Energy, Solar PV, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), and Green Hydrogen. He currently serves as a member of a national consulting group planning the development of Malaysia’s first Floating Solar PV-based Green Hydrogen Production Facility.
